Exactly to the point a lot of customers are suffering. Not only me and the fact that OCTOBER 2015 is an ISSUE so what what happened to my other boxes. 
I fully trusted your companies and if you were not able to comply with promise services, you are not suppose to take any other packages, not deliver properly. 2 boxes Dec 2015 ([redacted]) no action of delivering as of yet.

I sent my package December ** 2015.it was pick up at my address to be sent to Philippines. They promised an ETA of March due to peak season of blaikbayab box.It is now May and I havent recieved my package in the philippines.I tried calling their number and they keep saying next week. Now I can no lnger get hold of anyone.they are no longer answering my calls.I am not the only one who experience this.

hi rdr cargo waiting for the boxes/packages to be delivered to ma. bhea barber in Batangas Philippines or to michelle jonathan martinez in Laguna Philippines both boxes/packages came from New York not yet arrived since March 2017..

It's already in cebu. We have customs delay. This container was also held by us customs and was random checked here. It didn't leave the US right away. Sorry for the delay.
