Review: Following is the text from a letter that I sent to them on December 12, 2013.

"You performed an investigation for me in 2009 on my stepfather [redacted]. Due to a number of things going on at the time, I was not able to meet and discuss the case. However, since that time, I have requested the case files on a number of occasions and my requests have been ignored, which is disappointing. I am once again requesting the case files. I understand that retrieving the case files may take some effort and am willing to pay a reasonable charge for this. Please let me know when I will be able to receive the files".Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of the files and whatever they found out during the investigation.
