I have only good things to say about *** and RDM ConstructionI had just about given up hope about finding a contractor who had ideas and experience in stabilizing and waterproofing a year old tilting and rotting detached garage for my bungalow*** had done similar projects and was able to quickly outline the extent of the work that was going to be required I felt that his quote was reasonable and he identified all the places where he thought that a change order might be required once the work got underwayThat was definately true for the foundation he found after removing the old wooden floorThe job took longer than expected because of the recent rain storms, but I really like his crewThey arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up everyday*** has good communitcation skills and was always on top of everything and available to me when I had questions I'm very happy with the end result
