Find yourself a reputable locksmith....not this one

Last August (2014), RDL removed my broken lock (I was locked in) and replaced it with a new one, at a cost of $600. Within three days, the "new" lock broke and I had to call them back. It broke a second time within an hour of the locksmith leaving. He returned (a third time in three days) and changed this "new" lock to yet another new lock. Five months later, this lock broke and I got locked in again. When I phoned them they said I only had a 3-month guarantee and that, therefore, they would charge me to fix it. Needless to say I called another locksmith. He told me that the RDL lock had been badly installed. This cost me another $100 which I should not have had to pay since it was RDL's bad workmanship that caused the problem. I figured better pay the cost and stay away from RDL.
