RDA Training Academy

I was going to this school for a 3 weeks and then the director of the school *** came in week 4 (12 week course only go to school one day a week) to teach our class and was very rude to the whole class, did not want to answer questions, and lacked patience. My teacher realized she did not want to work for *** and quit after the class told her how we were treated when she was not there. Most of us realized at that point we did not want to attend the school because at 6 weeks in we had a new teacher who taught different and basically had to relearn things we already had been taught. Things in the facility were broken or not working properly and we sat on metal fold up chairs with no sort of desk for lecture. *** did not want to answer questions about what it takes to actually become a registered dental assistant and failed to mention anywhere in the syllabus all the extra cost that were not included in tuition. I withdrew from the school through the director ***, she told me an amount I would receive after turning in the textbook. It has been almost 3 weeks since I turned in my textbook and I have not heard back from *** at all. *** is unprofessional and has made it clear that she is not going to refund me the tuition money we discussed and I worked very hard to save up.
