Review: Purchase a navigation Bluetooth dvd player radio ,first problem the DVD get stuck in the radio second problem the Bluetooth wasn't working properly returned it he gave me brand-new radios and the product still was not functioning properly . He will replace it with one compatible to what I have but it wouldn't have navigation. I agree to the swap but it had to be something compatible to what I had. The radio he replaced it was very was not compatible to what I had and I was not happy. Ask for my money back he said that he would not give it back he will put the original radio back in my car and he has not done that yet. Said he was waiting for the representative from the radio place it been two months Ive been calling him going by the place still said he done have the radio then he's not changing it to take him to court.Desired Settlement: Can give me the same radio I purchase or give me back my money
