I'm writing in regards to complaint #*** The delays our company has had in completing projects were caused by a medical tragedy that directly impacted both owners, which subsequently lead to further issues we have been diligently seeking to resolve. We have kept our customers updated of
the progress to the best of our ability and we are deeply saddened that these unfortunate circumstances have also affected them. I am rejecting this response because: Rcv services have made no attemp to pay us back the $7,123.45 or to even start the job in question. No work was ever done.  They have made excuse after excuse as to why they can't pay us back or even to do the work. I have filed a police report and once I gave the officer the name of the owner [redacted] and [redacted] and I quote he said three other reports have been filed. They are scamming people he said. My elderly mother and my seven year old son are having to live with a leak in our kitchen due to the roof damage. Our insurance claim is quickly approaching a year and our insurance company may not give us an extension. We need help and this company needs to be stopped so they wont do this to others.
