This company violates debt collection practices. Uses a company named [redacted] who utilizes Harassment techniques on behalf of the company. Utilized social media to find my place of employment and contacted me at work despite my efforts to make payment arrangements and disregard to my employer's policy on receiving personal finance calls at work. Calls excessively on every phone number he could find for me on the internet, I did not give the company any phone numbers to contact me except my personal cell number. Violated Fair Debt Collection practices by adding fee's that were not agreed upon or confirmed via signed contract.
