Stay away from this company. The worst company you can ever deal with. They are so impolite and they beg you and keep on bothering and calling you all the time. I have shared my negative experience with most of the people I know. Soooooo bad and not professional

I have been using their for over 5 years. I'm pleased with the service and the quality except that in rare case the other party does not hear me. The problem is solved if I recall or if I try again after few minutes. Their representative Mahmoud R[redacted] is very responsive and call me frequently to see if I have any problem and check my satisfaction with the services.

Very sweet to order poor coustmer service very rood if you asking questions.
I get phone calls from theme order tv box cost me $413.80 get the box did not work
Called several times to get help but nothing happened they hung up on me after I benn in hold for mor than 2 hours
Called them for my refund they play me around from one to one
So I have to call my credit card to disputes the charges
