RCP Painting

said he was a painter who did my house for Premier homes.he met my husband once and said he could meet our painting needs.When we closed on our house we talked to him about doing epoxy for a brand new 3 car garage in our new home.He said he had experience, he even stated he had done a redo for someone.AT NO TIME DID HE SAY HE WAS UNLICENSED IN JUNE 2017!We made a mistake and didn't check.We found out after the job had been done he had no license.When I asked him about it, he said well I am getting it now.IT WAS TOO LATE.He chose a commercial product.I stated are you sure it will stick, this was not the Sherwin Williams product our last new home had.At no time did he say this was the first time he ever applied this particular product.The product peeled in places in 2 weeks.he came and rerolled.I said arn't you going to prep ruff the concrete.he told me there was no need.It peeled again.He kept putting us off coming out a 3rd time.he began to blame the product.Sherwin Wlliams came out and said now we have to remove it by grinding because the surface of concrete was not washed to the point of etching in prep!We are upset.it will costs almost 5k to fix this mess.Just to be rid of him. We said just refund the $1,000.he sent a email wanting to make payments.He is unproffesional and has no diea how to run a business.We may have to go after him.I gave him one week to pay.As of 4 days he has not paid.We are being more than nice not holding him responsable for damage BEWARE. zero stars for ruining our garage.
