I am so impressed and happy with the level of customer service for this location. My husband and I bought 2 yards of DG to build a firepit in our backyard. We were super unhappy with how it turned out since the DG seemed to have more rock than normal.
I went down to RCP and spoke with Randy and expressed our concerns and disappointment in the product.
He and another worker (sorry, I can't remember his name) came to my house to take a look at the product. They agreed that it was rockier than normal and apologized. They even dug out a spot for me and replaced the DG with a new bag to show that their product was good.
They were able to help us with some additional DG to help us finish the project the right way and I couldn't be happier. I love how they stood by their product and took the time to come look at it to verify. I never plan to take my business anywhere else.
I have been going to Ahern's for a couple of years. Their repair work has been excellent, their prices have been very reasonable, they've been true with their estimates and they stand behind their work. A good place to do business.
