to pour again. While our contract specifically states that the is NO WARRANTY ON CONCRETE, our owner has offered to remove and replace two (2) sections of sidewalk approximately three feet by three feet (3'x3') each. We cannot replace the entire sidewalk on either side, as this would result in damage to the driveway itself where the sidewalk abuts it. Our project manager has communicated this offer to Mr. [redacted], who has responded that this will be acceptable. Our concrete crews will be scheduled as soon as possible to return to Mr. [redacted]' property to replace the sections of concrete as agreed.
This should close out this complaint.
