RCM Automotive Performance

Review: I bought a clutch assembly for my car. I immediately had problems after installing it and contacted RCM Automotive (and other experts) to determine if I did something wrong, was there a related problem, or was the part defective. After 6 months of troubleshooting, I took my car to my local mechanic. He removed the transmission and checked the clutch assembly on a bench press. He said it was dragging because it was too thick.We tried to find the specifications. Could not so I bought another clutch assembly from another vendor. It worked on the bench test. He installed it into the car and it worked. Total additional cost was $1100 (mechanic) + $200 (new clutch). I informed RCM Automotive several times by email and have had no response after several weeks. Do not have their phone number.Desired Settlement: I want to return the unit for a full refund (including shipping). He has cost me an additional $1300 due to a defective part. I have emails to substantiate correspondence.

Review: we purchased products from RCM on 8/12/2015 with a receipt ID of [redacted]. The items have never been delivered and a tracking number was never supplied. Tried contacting them twice with no answer. The total of that transaction was 794.78 and we would like our money back.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back, $794.78. We do not wish to do business with them. I can provide a copy of the receipt.
