Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/08/31) */ RCM AUTO Aug (days ago) to me Thank you [redacted] , We have reviewed the complaint from Mr [redacted] I'm not sure of how we can be of service in this case as Mr [redacted] was trying to trade his vehicle in at with another dealerIn respect to the issue he is having with Snap financial, I believe that this would be as a result of payments being made late or missed all together, this again is an issue between the finance company and Mr [redacted] We did in fact sell a vehicle to Mr [redacted] and arranged a financial agreement between snap and Mr [redacted] Upon delivery of the vehicle the loan is transferred to snap and Rcm Auto has no further liability or finical interest in either the loan or the vehicle after that point Thank you Shanon C***
