RCI Cement & Waterproofing

RCI recently poured a stamped concrete patio at my residence. The stamping is messy with incomplete lines, this caused no edge lines separating parts of stamped "bricks". The company did not float or use trowels properly so there are long streaks of trowel marks the entire length of patio. RCI poured beyond their means and man power causing concrete to sit and dry before they could texture and stamp. This caused a loss of texture so now parts of the patio are smooth instead of stone face textured.
