My wedding was on 10/22/16 and I was scheduled for a photo booth rental with this company but had to cancel due to timing issues. I cancelled months in advance and tried getting in touch with them to get my refund so I could possibly set up a booth rental with another company. I've emailed and called several times with no response. When I was talking with them about using their services for my wedding I would hear from them all the time. Phone calls, emails whatever type of communication iteratively were doing it but now when I need my money back there is no response. I will be taking this matter to court! Who do they think they are to take people's money and not do the right thing by giving them a refund.

Review: I had a birthday party for my daughter on 7/21/2013 and rch entertainment was supposed to come at 2:30 but nobody ever showed up.. At first they said they were at the parking lot and [redacted] was supposed to be there at2:30 then they said the [redacted] costume ripped so it was just gonna be [redacted] so I said ok.. Then I told them I we weren't ready we will be ready in 30 minutes then I called 15 minutes later to tell them we are ready I had called about 37 times on their phone and their was no answer so I text them at 3:34 and said we are ready and still no respond!! And on Monday I tried calling them about the situation but no answer so I emailed them and I got a respond back saying that they are noy gonna refund my money so I via emailed them for them to call me and until now I still haven't gotten a phone call!! I just want my money that I deposit $125 back.. And there is nobody I can talk too.. Please help me get my money back from them.... Thank you!! After speaking to [redacted] from the company on 8/12/13 he stated his staff arrived at the location on time, but the customer wanted the staff to wait in the car an additional 30 min while the children finished eating, the staff had prior commitments and had to leave. Contracts clearly states no refunds.

Review: I booked and paid in full for services from this company several months before hand (paid in July 2015) for services 09-19-15 the contract was a [redacted] rental for 1 hour and a cotton candy stand rental I received a reminder email from the company 2 days before the services were supposed to be provided but on the day of my sons birthday party no one showed up at the contracted date or time I called the cell phone of the owner several times to see if they were running late etc. with no answer I texted his cell phone left messages on both phones cell and office then emailed still 3 days later after a no show or cancel I have not heard from this company no apology refund nothing I filed a complaint with my bank and local police department I plan on taking them to court and filing a civil order this company has destroyed my sons birthday and upset a lot of children that were waiting for the [redacted] arrival I would not recommend this company to anyone thanksDesired Settlement: I want a full refund and to settle this by court I'm filing a civil suite for all the pain and suffering this has caused my family
