I SPOKE WITH LES, ** TODAY & TOLD HIM I WANT MY FULL REFUNDHE SAID HE WOULD TALK TO HIS FATHER AFTER THE HOLIDAY & CALL ME ON TUESDAY, SEPT HE ASK IF THEY REFUND THE MONEY, WOULD I RESCIND THE COMPLAINT WITH Revdex.com & I SAID YES.

Katrina the designer is no longer with us. We would have assigned a new designer to Mrs*** project if the work would have been done in a timely fashion, next summer is a long time away. We will have done over projects by then. Giving time up for a
project now to be done in almost a year from now doesn't make business sense when you are so busy today, especially when you just had a great designer quit. Sorry we cant meet her demands. A full refund check has been issued as of 11/15/
I talked to the homeowner today. Very nice guy not sure why he had to go to the Revdex.com, but in a way I understand. We have done everything to please the homeowner over the last few months, but I guess we came up short. My goal now is to please Mr. and Mrs. and make there project right,...
which he agreed to. I have a flooring specialist going out there next week to satisfy the customer. Please let it be known we gave them a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. I have reviewed the response made by the business. I have received my refund as requested so I am happy with the resolution. It is clear that what we thought was acceptable for a business/customer relationship was different, so it is for the best that we don't proceed with the project.Please consider the complaint closed.
