Hi Mr[redacted] and wife as you mentioned I have you the two options of a cheaper way to expensive way and your wife Picked the cheaper way you called after a week and you said you didn't want this way and your wife didn't know wat to pick ,if she asked me to explain what's the difference between both I woulda explained to herthen you called me back after month saying wat would it cost to replace I told u 1100$ cheaper than wat you paid by two hundred because u already paid me 262.50$ I tried to help you but you wouldn't help me understand ,we go with wat the customer ask not wat we want,if I went there and I redid the wall the way u said u wanted after I did the nailing you wouldn't pay me because u didn't ask for replacing ,I did wat your wife picked next time you call a contractor if your wife doesn't know u should be there to discuss option not blame the contractor for the work with excuse that your wife doesn't know thank you again
