R&C Vista Escrow

[redacted] was my escrow officer - she made three mistakes in preparing my HUD-1 statement. First she forgot to reflect real estate taxes due in the closing statement she emailed me prior to close of escrow. She also failed to remind me that my re taxes would become overdue (the escrow was supposed to close two weeks prior to April 15th but was delayed and the taxes become overdue and penalties were assessed). In the end, she paid my taxes twice for the second half of the year and then wouldnt admit to a mistake - took 7 emails to make her realize that she just underpaied me ~$2K. This is not the end of it - after that she failed to provide a corrected HUD-1 and decided to ignore my requests to return me $2K explaining it by "file is out of money so we need to wait till we get the money back from the County!"... No due date or anything - basically she wrote a one liner along the lines "sorry but you need to wait" and there is no progress as of now (10 days after the escrow closed!). She continues ignoring my requests to pay my money back or provide a corrected HUD-1. At this poing I dont trust anything she put in the closing statement and I wonder how many other mistakes she made there! I would like to get my corrected HUD-1 (reviewed by someone different than [redacted] as I dont trust her at all now), get my money back and some sort of a penalty paid by Chicago Title Escrow to compensate me for 25 emails and now taking time to write this!, as well as have Chicago Title compensate me for the tax penalty that was assessed. I would also request that [redacted] is disqualified - she clearly doesnt know how to count or how to deal with customers in addressing these issues. I would initially forgive a mistake if she showed any sort of apology or desire to resolve, but there was none of it. Simply outrageous behaviour and customer service. I also dont know if the mistake is just an error or a fraud at this point...
