I ordered four pop can cars and only two worked properly. They refused to pay shipping on the cars that needed to be returned. I have yet to receive replacements on the cars I paid to have shipped back months ago.

Review: Received a faulty remote control helicopter from RC Toys Village and when the toy failed emailed the company to help me resolve the issue. It was past a return date (bought as a gift and held until the the birthday) I do understand return policies but basically I was told to get lost and offered no assistance. Quote from their email response: "Your order was fulfilled by Amazon and has long passed the warranty. Also the Helicopter was not faulty since your husband was able to get some plays out of it. You should search for replacement parts and fix the Heli like all other Customers." I have photos of the helicopter showing it was not damaged/crashed. It was clearly due to a defect in the wiring and I am very sad they refused to help me with it.Desired Settlement: As the toy was held for a month until being given as a gift (so we never knew it was defective) I don't expect this company will do the right thing and refund or replace. I am simply very sad that we are out $70 as the gift is useless now. The terrible customer service was not warranted. I would have been ok with "Sorry this happened with your purchase, can we suggest a replacement" or "We are sorry but the return date has passed, can we help you get it repaired".
Review: I purchased an rc helicopter over the internet, it was shipped to me repacked, had been previously opened. when I started it up the motor burned up in about three minutes . The next day I returned it via UPS it was back to them in less than one week. I advised them it was being returned and why They have had it back over a week now and still no refund. I will contact my credit card company and stop payment if I don't get an answer soon ! If you check your reviews this happened before to someone else. I am 71 years old I feel like I am being abused
