This order in question ([redacted]) was placed on the evening of December 1, 2015 and shipped the following day - on December 2, 2015. The shipping method selected by the customer was Free Shipping and we used FedEx Ground for the package. In tracking with FedEx we can see that it was delivered this...

morning and signed for at delivery. FedEx Tracking [redacted].  We are very sorry to hear that the package did not arrive when the customer expected, but we will accept a return according to our standard return policy.  Normally it would not take that long for a package to be delivered by FedEx but there is no delivery guarantee on packages that are shipped ground. As soon as an inquiry was opened with FedEx it looks like they were able to locate the package and forward it to it's final destination. The customer's request for us to ship another was not feasible and would not have been received before the original package.  We are happy to see that the customer has the item in hand at this point and hopefully will still be able to enjoy it as intended.
