RC Home Showcase

This company does not deserve a star at all.

RC Home Showcase (1) delivered broken windows, (2) corked poorly when employees came to take the glass out of the frame and re-install new glass, (3) delivered scratched frames, (4) provided non matching color to touch up the frames; (5) delivered with several weeks delays. Window stickers are so glued to the glass that they can not be removed. Throughout the process, RC Home Showcase sales people and management communicated poorly (or, mot of the time not at all).

I recommend to avoid doing business with RC Home Showcase.

My name is ***,
My wife is handicap person, she has lungs diseases, she needs fresh breezing air , she can't stay all day with a/c unit Please, finish your company work and install screens, as promised, We waiting already two years.
History: in September 2016, RC Home Showcase, signed agreement to replace in my unit existing windows and sliding door / side panels, with new one. They promised to install sliding door screen, after work will be done and paid in full, I was paid my bill in full, and still waiting for sliding door screen, (was never delivered and installed in my unit, as promised by RC Home Showcase PM ***
