RC Helicopter

Review: RC car right out of the box didn't work. Brought back the very next day with receipt in hand & their 30 day warranty posted on the wall & was told it was due to "abuse" & I could trade it in for 30% more. There was NO abuse, it never worked & is obviously brand new. When I declined being fleeced I was told I'd have to come back this Thursday (MORE wasted time & fuel & money) to talk to a manager concerning this. They are obviously crooks and have no intention of standing behind their posted "warranty." I'm shocked that Simon's Mall allows this to take place under their ceiling. I have already posted a complaint with them and look forward to discussing RC Helicopter's business practices with them as well. I do not like to be cheated, and I despise dishonest people/businesses.Desired Settlement: They need to do the following to make this right:#1) Replace the unit immediately, as that is the right thing to do.#2) For my wasted time and trouble you should offer ME a 30% discount on a future purchase as an apology.3) From now on honor your posted warranty, as stated, or leave the mall.
