I am responding to id ***, *** *** *** This vehicle was brought in for a wash and wax *** stated that he didn't notice a crack in his windshieldI explained a crack comes from an impact and we only washed and waxed his vehicle, it
didn't enter the shop or did it leave our grounds while being worked on The windshield on his vehicle was cracked when he brought in his vehicle It was seen by me when the vehicle was brought around to be washed and while washing I saw the crack in the windshield I noticed this because while washing the glass it shined in the sun where it was cracked and I asked the other tech if he had mentioned this to the customer and he said he would when he was done We refer business to another business to have windshields replaced who does a great job

I am rejecting this response because: the crack was not there when I handed my car over to the company. A 12 inch crack was not on my windshield when I dropped the car off. The impact could have been made by a technician leaning on the windshield or an instrument to spray water in the vehicle. I am 100% sure my windshield had no crack before the service done to my vehicle.
