Dear *** ***,The complaint that was sent in to the Revdex.com was not our customer, it was the VA and a gentlemanThe wife that contacted the Revdex.com had nothing to do with the correspondence and the contractTherefore, RBS Services spoke to the actual customer this morning and
he is satisfied with our work and he would hack us to any complaint due to his wife.The chair that the customer picked out was ADA (American Disability Act) complaintRBS Services contacted the manufacture of the chair and they stated that it was not ADA complaint as well and that they would not modify their chair in anywayThe customer still demanded RBS Services do something about this matter, so given the owner of RBS Services is a veteran himself he went above and beyond and hand crafted and modified chair using teakwood and milled a quality let to attach to the front of the chair to support the weight of the customerThe reason the chair was not deemed complaint with the VA and ADA was because it could not the weight that was not evenly distributed due to the veteran’s disabilities.RBS Services was advised by our legal consultant that we would have no liability and the owners refused na ADA chair that was in our original contractThe chair was purchased by RBS Services and we did everything we could to fix any issues that they may have due to itemsThey purchases against the VA and ADA’s advisement.Sincerely,Randall B***OwnerRBS Services
