This
letter is in response to the complaint recently filed by Ms***. The repair in question did not get completed
and that was an oversight on our part.
We have been in contact with Ms*** regarding other matters, and
when this repair was not mentioned
during those conversations we believed it had
been resolved.
We
are happy to make the repair, and did, in fact, have the repairman at Ms
***’s home this afternoon. I have
spoken with Ms*** today, offered my apologies to her for our error and
believe this has now been resolved. The
repair is now complete and I have asked Ms*** to contact me directly should
there be any other problem in the future
