Over a year ago, the complainant contracted with our company for assistance in submitting her invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the complainant’s services were performed in accordance with the terms of her agreement even after she
stopped paying for the services The complainant’s concerns stem from her belief that she should not be held accountable for the Retail Installment Contract she signed agreeing to make monthly payments for the services for which she contracted. In fact, the complaint did not make one single payment toward her obligation. Our company, on the other hand did quite a bit of work on the client’s behalf. We prepared descriptive materials such as brochures, press releases, an invention profile, a DVD 3D video; we created and displayed an exhibit of her invention at our INPEX Trade Show as well as submitted her invention to companies in the InventHelp Data Bank Upon receipt of this complaint, we attempted to reach the client by mail, email and telephone When we finally reached the complainant by telephone, she asked that we call her back at a specific time. We did make that call in accordance with her request, but she did not answer her phone In order to resolve this matter requires the complainant’s cooperation.
