As per the contract the home would be completed in 24 weeks (6 mths). It has now been 10 mths. & the home is still not completed. Weeks & months pass & no one is doing any work whatsoever. The RBA Homes owner informs me work is done, but when I go to the home, the same items are still incomplete, outstanding or done incorrectly. Many items needed to be repaired multiple times due to poor quality workmanship. The problem items listed above are all outstanding items for completion/repair/replacement in my newly constructed home for which emails & pictures were provided to RBA on multiple occasions over the past 8 mths. All outstanding/incomplete items need to be satisfactorily completed, repaired and/or replaced per previous discussions with RBA Homes prior to the obtaining my Certificate of Occupancy within the next 2-4 weeks per the [redacted] and [redacted]

Response:
This letter will serve as a written response to your e-mail complaint notification we received on August 17, 20 14.
In our opinion this individual has made an unjustified claim to the Revdex.com as an excuse not to my RBA Homes the balance of over $3 7,000.00 due on her contractual obligations. That claim mentions certain “punch list” items have not been completed. Actually, this customer refused our repeated requests for a final walk-thru and final settlement meeting to review her concerns.
All Contractual obligations required by RBA Homes were concluded at the time the final inspections for electrical, fire, plumbing and building were completed. The customary “white” approval stickers were received from the municipality evidencing satisfactory completion.
In addition, the Customer was responsible for certain construction aspects which held up the final building inspections. She is also responsible for certain survey and engineering work that has not been completed for her
final Certificate of Occupancy
This individual refuses to make arrangements with our Company for the final closing and settlement which entails a “walk-thru and punch list of items” normally associated with new construction.
This complaint is truly unjustified. We respectfully request that your expunge this complaint from your records.
