[redacted] got a refund and printed a retraction all is good
[redacted]'s agreement to pay $50 a month until the bill is paid off is fine. Her son did try to make other payment arrangements to charge his credit card instead of hers (both were left with us to collect the balance due). The sons credit card was always declined and yesterday came up as...
invalid card. That is why we charged her card which was the primary card left when the work was done. We were trying for several months to work out payment arrangements with the son but eventually he stopped returning phone calls. We also tried several times to contact [redacted]. [redacted] says she never got the messages - I believe her but I am no liar. We have run this business for 37 years and have a great following and better reputation. $50/month is fine with us - I am glad to help spread out the payments to help her out. Sincerely, [redacted]
Customer is bringing car in Saturday so we can address complaint. Sat 11/22/14. We will come to some agreement with the customer.
Review: Meineke had offered to give me a full refund for my troubles with my vehicle if the vehicle had not changed or improved at all. They made good on their promise to provide me a full refund and all issues have been cleared up. Thank you Meineke.

Review: I paid $900 for them to perform 3 different repairs that were not even completely necessary on my Nissan Pathfinder, of which one of the repairs I never even agreed to. After the repairs were done, the vehicle was still in terrible condition if not in worse condition. They basically did nothing to improve the car and made me pay 900 dollars for it which made me very unhappy. After I took the vehicle back for a second time, they finally decided to tell me that the engine was on it's way out, 900 dollars later. So in conclusion, I paid $900 for 3 unnecessary repairs that did not even fix the problem because they weren't the issue. I am very frustrated with this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive at least a partial refund of my $900, if not a full refund. Since they basically did nothing to repair my vehicle and in fact may have made it worse.
