This letter is directed to [redacted] in regards to the complaint submitted by Ms. [redacted].  I would like to explain as to why her card was charged two times, one for $35 and one for $17. She ordered two package of pictures on two separate days.  The $17 was charged when she placed...

an order for a group picture and fab folder and later the $35 was charged for an individual order for packages 2 and 9.We actually tried to run that card several times to no avail because of not having sufficient funds in her account.  As it says on the picture day flyer that was completed by Ms. [redacted], "Any order placed with insufficient funds will be placed on hold and is subject to the maximum fee and may be electronically withdrawn from the account."  However, we did not charge any amount over the amount of the photo packages.Thank you,[redacted]Top of Texas Photography & Printing                                                                                          [redacted] or [redacted]www.[redacted].com
