Dear Valued Razzolink Customer. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. I took a moment to review the recordings specific to your complaint about poor service and our customer care representative ***. FYI, we record each conversation, which is represented in a recording via our phone system before our agent answers a call. The recording clearly demonstrates that *** was very courteous, calm and respectful, however, you became very irritated when you requested *** to waive the agreed upon early termination fee. You raised you voice, you represented that our service was and I quote "horrible" and demanded we waive the early termination fee. *** then calmly reviewed the remote diagnostics of your connection and determined that from what he was able to see, you were in fact receiving the service level you subscribed to. *** then offered to provide a FREE service call in an effort to better ascertain why you were experiencing a bad connection but you refused for us to provide that FREE service to you. In the context of the conversation, it appears you agreed that you were in fact receiving the service you paid for, which is contrary to your early representation that you weren't receiving that service, but rather you simply no longer wanted to continue your service with us. As the conversation ensued and *** simply restated that should you elect to discontinue service you would be assessed a late fee, you became very irritated, you raised you voice, and expressed very abruptly that you did not intend to pay the late fee and then you hung up the phone. You called back twice after that call and in each case the message to you was explained very calmly and very respectfully and in both cases, when the representative explained that a late fee would be assessed you became very angry, raised you voice and hung up the phone. If it was your intent to terminate our service and avoid the late fee, the manner in which you attempted to do so, including filing a false complaint in order to attain the result you are seeking, discontinuing service without honoring the terms of the agreement you did sign, cannot be accepted by us. We sincerely appreciate your past patronage, however, when you place an order with us, our customer service agents are very descriptive as to the obligations set upon your deciding to subscribe to our service, and they are clearly spelled out in the agreement you sign. We simply ask, as is expected by us as well, that you honor the terms of the agreement you sign. Best Regards, Razzolink Management
