I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke to the owner about the condition of "SAID VEHICLE" in which he stated they do quality work. Again this vehicle was to get painted for a race event, is that not asking for quality work? The owner stated "I
did offer a compromise with miss *** but she refused to listenI have yet to raise my voice to anyone irregardless of the situation." , what compromise did you have to offer? If there was one, or any for that matter I would not have filed with the Revdex.com as I am a reasonable person. I was not satisfied with the work done and pointed this out to the ownerHe was not happy with what I had to say and did in fact raise his voiceHe never offered to fix anything I disliked, except the over spray on the grill and that was just to cover it up with more paintThe front end of the vehicle did not line up nor did the color match any of the other parts on the car I did suggest to his worker that if not fixed I 'Might' sell that car to the owner for what I paid for it, not including all the parts brought to him that he stated he charged me for anywayBut I have not even heard from the owner nor did I speak with him about selling the car to himNor did he call me to ask what problems I had, that he could fixIf after months of having the car you would think he would have his worker do a better job then some last min sanding and painting when I was calling for updates on my car, now its been monthsI think I might have to file with the Attorney General Consumer Division
