Rays Van Service

Review: I hired Rays Van Service via the referral of my Real Estate Agent. I used him twice. There were no problems the first time, but the second time [redacted] was moving a couch out of mymother's house through the front door. He pushed on the couch and broke the glass on the outside door.He said it would cost about $10 to replace and took $10 off the price of the move. This happened on October **, 2014.I went to have the glass replaced and it cost me $43.45. I called [redacted] & spoke to him. He agreed to reimburse me $33.43. (He took $10 off the price initially). I have called him several times, and sent him my name & address via text message as he requested. Today is 3/**/2015 and I still haven't received the $33.43 he promised to pay me!Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to pay me the $33.43 he owes me for breaking the glass on the door. He told me he would send me a check. I am still waiting for reimbursement. He is responsible for braking the glass and is responsible for paying for it.
