Review: On December 26 2015 I got car accident. I was taken to hospital with seriously injury and my damaged car got towed to Ray's Towing. After I got out( 2 weeks) I tried to get my belongings from car. After proof my ownership to vehicle I tried to get out my things and take out the plates from car. Ray's towing employees become extremely rude and did

everything to make it difficult. They slammed the window in front of my nose after they kick me out from their yard, when I tried to get my plates out of car. I got to call police, which explained to them that I have a right to do this. Also I got so much problems to get my expensive things from trunk. They almost got to fight with me- called me names (stupid s...of b... and etc.)They refused my wife to help me carry heavy things (I can't do this do to broken bond in the cervical spine- I can be paralyzed. I'm wearing orthopedic collar). When I asked for owner I got answer-

Tadeusz was involved in an accident on 12/26/2015 and the Milw. County Sheriff had the vehicle in question towed to Ray's which is standard procedure. Tadeusz wanted to get the license plates off his car without paying the towing and storage fees which he was told not to do, but he ripped them off and threatned the person behind the counter. The personal items were carried out for him by an employee here named Maurice. The car is still here which indicates that he had no insurance or money to have the car picked up. All indications are that the car will have to be disposed of by Ray's. The disposal date is 1/28/2016. We do not treat people or customers the way this person accusing us. He is a bold faced liar and there three people here that have witnessed this persons foul behavior. [redacted]

Great friendly, helpful service. Was quick to respond and towed the car to the ace of our choice. Would definitely use them again.
