Ray's Septic Service

Services paid, not rendered. Services were called to said company to drain a septic pump. When technician arrived, I was told it was cash only. I had to go get the "uninformed" amount of 250 dollars. When I returned, he stated he finished, and that the septic was pumped and the pump was broke and call a plumber. At which I did. The plumber came, not a pump issue and stated the septic was not pumped. He didn't even dig up where the tank was. I called the company and was hung up on, told I had to pay another 250 dollars to have it pumped and then as my husband came home from his deployment the next day, he was also hung up on, and when the owner "[redacted]" was told we would take him to small claims court, his response was "Is that all you got?". Not only was our money taken on their "cash only" policy, but services were not done or corrected. No services and horrible customer service. Desired SettlementWe asked for them to just come and correct their mistake and pump the tank. As we paid another 100 for the plumber to come, but they would not honor. We had to have a company come and clean it a few days after. For less than what they charged. 190. In all we paid 540 dollars for a septic pump. Which we have receipts for and pictures. This company is going to have to result this in small claims court.
