Review: I requested for Rays Treeworks aka [redacted] to cut down a oak tree on my property in [redacted]. I was told by Nick and Suzanne that this company would cut down the tree stump as low as possible. To date, the tree stump high and jagged (there is a home day care next door). It looks unfinished and unprofessional. The tree was cut down on 10/28/2015 and they have not returned to finish their job. I have spoken a few times with a reception named named Suzanne and she stated that she will have Nick come to finish to no avail. I have left messages with no returned call. And also once the tree was cut down, they had a personal friend named Mark to take the wood away. They did very little to clean up the mess they left behind.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to come back and finish the job or give me back some type of reimbursement. Please
