Ray's Landscaping and Design

Review: I entered into an agreement with [redacted] of Ray's Landscaping [redacted]'s [redacted] as I was told) for a Spring cleanup of my yard. The service was delayed but finally they showed up Saturday May [redacted], 2015. The service was horrible.

When they finally showed up, the workers were dropped off without any supervision. The backyard chairs were thrown into the garden, the patio table was shifted so the umbrella was leaning over, my children's toys were in the garden (obviously sent flying from the blowers they used), they left water bottles all over my property, nothing was moved out of the way (leaves bunched behind flower pots and under awning) and they blew all the debris into my neighbor's yard.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction through a text, I was told she ([redacted]) would take a look next Friday (REALLY!?!?!) and pick up the water bottles then (WHAT!!?!??!) with a return text. I already picked them up myself. I finally called [redacted] because texts were not the proper way to handle this, and I got an attitude. I eventuality told her to send the bill and not to come back.

I was never told the price of the cleanup - until after the work (or lack of ...) was completed. $173.80. Worst money I ever spent.

If this is their First Impression, I don't want to imagine what their routine service is like!!Desired Settlement: I have to still clean up my yard, and my neighbors. Some of the agreed upon work was completed, but somethings were not. I will accept a billing adjustment for the work performed, but I will never do business with them again.

Review: Had service last season, didn't like it , busted a sprinkler head, gouged the grass with the mower several times, [redacted] kinda arrogant. Guy shows up without content and does a spiring clean up with out any agreement. Now he wants $173.80Desired Settlement: Bill removed , go do business elsewhere.
