Ray's HVAC Service Corporation

Ray installed 3 *** mini split heat pumps in August of 2018 at a cost of approx $16,000. From the beginning, one of the indoor units in our bedroom would make a rattling sound, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly. It makes it difficult to sleep at times. A second indoor unit also stated rattling. I spoke to Ray many times about this and he came over several times and could not fix it. He said he would have a *** agent come with him to our house to see and hear the problem but he never did. Now when I call, the call always goes to the answering service and I get no response. I want this resolved.
