This customer came to us needing a vehicle with little money for a down payment. We worked with him asmuch as we could to ensure that this customer drove away in a vehicle. We lowered the down payment bymore then half, we let this customer pay as little as $150.00 down. Ray paid the customers...

insurance withhis personal credit card so he would have full coverage when he drove off bur car lot. This customer agreedta pay an additional $200.00 down by the 15th of October 2015. The customer did not follow through withthe contract. I called the customer about his late payment, the customer told me he did not have the moneyto pay far the car but the car needed brakes, I tried to get the customer to bring the car to the lot so it couldbe checked and fixed, he would not bring the car in. We talked to this customer several times by phone andeach time he said he did not have the money to pay fur the vehicle because he did not have a job yet.When we did pick the vehicle up, the customer had already cut the catalytic converter off the car anddisposed of it. This is a felony.

I resolved the issue between me and Ray's Auto. He gave me a car and we called it even.
