Raymond's Auto & Truck Repair

I purchased their car care club membership which includes 4 "free" oil changes which includes 5 quarts of oil up to 28.95 value. I specifically asked for regular oil. Not synthetic when I dropped the vehicle off. They then called me to let me know that synthetic is "required" for my engine. They confuse "recommended" with required. I again told them I wanted regular oil not synthetic. They then called me about an hour later to let me know my vehicle was complete and that I owed an additional $37+ to cover the synthetic upcharge. I told them I didn't want synthetic and the told me they had to put it in. I told them they shouldn't have drained it knowing that I only wanted regular oil. They didn't end up charging me for the oil, but they couldn't accept the fact that they were doing anything at all wrong. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend anyone else go there either. They will just do unauthorized work on your vehicle and then expect to be paid for it. They did tell me to "Have a better day sir!" As I walked out. Which is exactly the smart remark that makes me go the extra mile to let others know that they are attempting to charge for services not requested by customers!
