This company takes advantage of individuals who are not entirely aware of the purchasing processes within a business They repeatedly call and demand that you submit information to them and promise free items Then they send a product that is EXTREMELY overpriced and expect payment, even when an unauthorized individual sends the information in They tell the individual, just say you are the authorized individual

I received a call from a woman who asked for the model number from the front of our copier for our tonerI told her I had the number in my file and as I was looking for it, I remember hearing about scams related to copier tonerI asked her where she was from and she said IDC to which I responded, "we order directly through..." and couldn't finish before she hung up on meAt the VERY best, poor customer service though I suspect much more dubious work going on at IDC
