Never heard of this company, but I tried them since they were a member of the Revdex.com and have been in business a long timeI called and they had someone at my house within an hourThe repairman did a good job fixing the problem and the price was reasonableI will use them in the future should a need arise

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, Tom Kadlec seems to think that I filed a complaint just for something to doThe fact is that I did not receive any information from them that they were going to take care of this repair and that the part was in until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.comClearly, if I had received that information from Tom Kadlec earlier, I could have finished the repair and not needed to file the complaint
