They hey are dishonest. I went their because I thought the starter needed repair or replacement and they said they would do a free estimate. I double checked that I would not be charged before handing them the keys and asked them to call me before doing any work on it. Then when I got the estimate and tried to pick my car up, they held the car hostage until I paid for the NOT FREE ANYMORE estimate. No work was done on the car, they told me the cost of replacing the starter. I have no issue paying for the service of looking at the car and giving an estimate if that's what I agreed to, however they lied to me twice about not charging for this service. They say it's free and then charge you. Very dishonest.
