Dear Sirs.This is in response to complaint #*** for Mr*** located at *** *** *** ***, Mass. I contacted this customer and had a discussion a length regarding the delivery issues that occurred on 12/2/After great deliberation with the owner of the company it
was our final determination to remove the individual in question from his position, retrain and reposition him at another position within the company that was better suited to the merits he brings forth to the company. The next day I contact me *** and informed him of our response and decision to remove the person involved in this issue and reposition him elsewhere within the companyMr*** was understanding, compassionate and professional in manner. During and at the conclusion of our conversation it was my understanding that all of Mr***'s concerns were met and that we were in agreement regarding our decisions on staffing.
