I would like to speak Mr. [redacted] to discuss partial refund.

The check was from [redacted] of St. Louis, not New York.  He is not going to charge storage fees because there is no contract and I did not purchase the vehicle. The van is gone and I am not paying anything. I want my money back as I never took ownership or possession of the vehicle. I would like to just show him my receipt and receive my money back.

This man came by my dealership looking for a vehicle and he told me that he wanted this vehicle and gave me a check from New York for $2395.00. About 2 weeks went by and the check was cleared. told me he would be back to fill out the paperwork. He came by but didn’t have a state ID or valid driver’s license. We had to do the paperwork on it, I couldn’t just give it to him. He showed me something from California but it wasn’t sufficient. I explained to him the rules on how it works with the DMV. Last I heard he was going to get a license. I would get a letter every once in a while in our dropbox and said he would come by and talk to me but he never did. He said he would take care of it. I never heard anything from this guy until Jan 17, it had been 7 months. He emailed me out of the blue saying he would come by to discuss this. I did not respond because I was waiting for him to discuss this. I don’t mind working something out with him, but he has to have a valid driver’s license or state ID to purchase a car. I normally charge a storage fee of $25 a day after 2 weeks. He can come by next door at any time. I had no way to reach him.
