The check was from [redacted] of StLouis, not New York He is not going to charge storage fees because there is no contract and I did not purchase the vehicleThe van is gone and I am not paying anythingI want my money back as I never took ownership or possession of the vehicleI would like to just show him my receipt and receive my money back

This man came by my dealership looking for a vehicle and he told me that he wanted this vehicle and gave me a check from New York for $About weeks went by and the check was clearedHe came by to make sure it didHe stayed at the hotel next door so he didn’t have a permanent addressHe
told me he would be back to fill out the paperworkHe came by but didn’t have a state ID or valid driver’s licenseWe had to do the paperwork on it, I couldn’t just give it to himHe showed me something from California but it wasn’t sufficientI explained to him the rules on how it works with the DMVLast I heard he was going to get a licenseI would get a letter every once in a while in our dropbox and said he would come by and talk to me but he never didHe said he would take care of itI never heard anything from this guy until Jan 17, it had been monthsHe emailed me out of the blue saying he would come by to discuss thisI did not respond because I was waiting for him to discuss thisI don’t mind working something out with him, but he has to have a valid driver’s license or state ID to purchase a carI normally charge a storage fee of $a day after weeksHe can come by next door at any timeI had no way to reach him
