Review: I ordered a product from them with payment through [redacted]. I have not received my product and they will not respond to phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my [redacted] account.

Review: My son joined the [redacted] basketball team, which is run by [redacted] of Raybin Management. After the second game, I was told by [redacted] that my son was suspended from the program, and that my family was no longer welcome on the premises. I was not provided with a specific reason for the suspension, or any description of what rule was breached. [redacted] told me that I would not receive a refund of the $975 that I paid for my so to be part of the program. Requests for my son to be reinstated on the team were ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like this settlement resolved with a full refund of $1024, which includes $975 for the registration fee, and $49 for the price of the uniform.
