Ray’s Nurseries has never guaranteed plants that leave the nurseryWe have a sign posted at our counter stating thisWe can not control the conditions plants are subject to, improper planting, watering, mother nature, etc’
I personally find this complaint insulting for these reasons
I [*** ***] had no knowledge of this mater until I received your letter in the mailThe complainant insinuates that I intentionally sold her a sick plant
We do not guarantee plants!!!!!!!!
