Beware! This company completed an exchange of a HVAC unit in August of In May 2015, the unit was not cooling The company was called to repair the unit that should still be under warranty The service technician filled the unit with freon 1/lbs only to find that the compressor had burnt up and the unit had a leak The company order a compressor (under warrant) A couple of days later the company returned and replaced the compressor and filled with freon again, another 1/lbs I was charged $for the repair of a unit that was months old I wish this was the end of the story One month later, the unit is freezing up (lack of freon) I called the company and left a message and received no response after week Another company has been called to repair the unitOnly to find that it was a simple fix in the first place A coil exchange was needed and not addressed by Ray's Heating and Cooling
