I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted]I do not accept the response to my complaint. [redacted] is inaccurate in his reply and not truthful in the resolve. All service calls to my home were compensated as I stated in my original complaint. If he chose to no longer service my plumbing needs I should have been made aware of that. Instead, he very unprofessionally chose not to respond to my calls for his assistance in correcting his faulty work. This experience with [redacted] costed me not just monetarily but it was also very stressful. Clearly [redacted] doesn't stand behind his work and I feel other consumers should be protected. I may be the only customer that took the time and energy to persue a resolution. The other industry experts that I spoke to stated that they wouldn't have treated a customer this way.So it is my right to reject this "resolution"
Review: [redacted] installed a hot water heater and a water softener in my condo May of 2014. The water softener was faulty and he finally came to replace it in May of 2015. Now, I had another issue with the softener and saw that the heater was leaking and he never answered my calls so I called in another professional to fix it (an $80 service charge). This individual stated that the heater was faulty and needs to be replaced so once again, I attempted to contact [redacted] and once again, he never returned my calls. At this time, I have an appointment to pay for a removal and install of new water heater (the heater is under warranty but not the labor) and this will cost me $400-$450.
[redacted] took a $1,500 credit card charge PRIOR to the install of the softener and the heater stating that he needed that money "up front" he then charged me $200 labor when he replaced the water softener. by the way, the other technician that came out stated that the softener was installed incorrectly as well. I have given a total to [redacted] of $1,710.20 and have had terrible service and now no communication at all. I have also reported [redacted] to the licensing board of the state of Wi.Desired Settlement: I would like to recoup some of the money that I have invested in [redacted] Yogerst plumbing.
Minimally the $80 fee for another technician to fix the softener as well as part if the $400-$450 (my appointment is February 17th) that it will cost me in labor to replace the heater.
the entire experience with [redacted] has cost me much time and anguish as clearly, for two years I have had a softener that I paid for that never functioned properly (even the replacement) and now, a faulty heater that needs to be replaced.
I have tried to be fair and patient with [redacted] but at this point a business owner that doesn't return calls or answer a customer concern is unacceptable.

Response:
in regards to this customer, I did install the water heater and water softener and after a while she did call me and thought the softener was not functioning properly and I did go over a few times and look at it (unpaid service calls) and called the manufacturer and reprogrammed the softener and after a while she determined it was still not working so I installed another one(i charged for the replacement of the softener, softener was under warranty but labor is never covered). if the water heater was leaking that was never disclosed to me by her. whether I would install the replacement heater or someone else she would still have to pay for the labor for the replacement however she way overpaid for that service. I would have only charged her $250. she should have checked around for better pricing. the fact that she paid what she did to have the heater replaced has nothing to do with me.people can choose to have whomever they want to take care of their plumbing or electrical or whatever needs. contractors also have the right to refuse service to anyone that calls them and at this time I was not interested in servicing her future plumbing needs. I do have that right. I have a 31 year career and over 4000 customer base with extremely few customer complaints, I think my track record speaks for itself
